From brief to dispatch
First order in 30 days from artwork approval; repeat orders in 7 days or less.
1. Share the brief: products, target price band, pack sizes, volumes. Your decision: which route, white label, custom or contract.
2. Specification and feasibility: we confirm formulation, pack and indicative cost within a few working days. Your decision: proceed to samples.
3. Evaluate samples: free samples with SDS; you pay only the shipping. Your decision: approve performance, fragrance and appearance.
4. Packaging and artwork: you supply artwork; we run the label compliance check. Your decision: sign off the print-ready file.
5. Manufacture and QC: batch production, in-process and finished-product tests, COA per batch.
6. Dispatch: Pan-India through our transport partners; export on request.

Documentation and buyer questions
With every product you receive: Certificate of Analysis per batch, Technical Data Sheet, Safety Data Sheet (GHS format), stability data for the pack and formula, and batch traceability from raw material to dispatch. Aerosols are supplied with the transport classification needed for courier and marketplace dangerous-goods declarations.
What is the minimum order quantity? 200 units per SKU for liquids and 500 units per SKU for aerosols. Lower trial quantities can be discussed for development projects.
Can I start with one of your existing formulations? Yes. White label uses our proven formulations under your brand, which is the fastest route to market.
Can the formulation or fragrance be customised? Yes. Performance targets, fragrance, colour and viscosity can be adapted; a custom development adds a sampling round before production.
Can I get samples? Samples are free; you pay the shipping. Each sample ships with its SDS.
Which packaging options are available? Bottles and jerry cans from 250 ml to 5 L, trigger and foam-trigger sprays, tinplate aerosol cans, and bulk packs for refill programmes. Components are confirmed at the sample stage.
Who supplies and approves the artwork? You supply print-ready artwork to our dieline. We check mandatory declarations and hazard labelling before print; you sign off the final file.
How long does production take? First order dispatches within 30 days of artwork approval. Repeat orders ship in 7 days or less.
What documentation do you supply? COA per batch, TDS, GHS-format SDS, stability data and batch records; dangerous-goods transport classification for aerosols.
Who owns the formula? White-label formulations remain EcoCare's; a formula you bring stays yours; ownership of a custom development is agreed in writing per project.
Do you supply outside India? Export is handled case by case depending on product class and destination; tell us the market in your enquiry.
